威海中复西港船艇有限公司由中国复合材料集团有限公司与威海西港水产有限公司于1997年合资成立，主要从事玻璃钢、铝合金、钢制、钢玻、钢铝结合船艇以及复合材料制品与相关原材料的开发、生产、销售，公司占地面积10万平方米，拥有下水坞道、横移区、船台、船艇成型车间、风电产品车间、舾装车间、机加工车间、钳工车间等基础生产设施，是北方最大的复合材料船艇生产基地之一。
公司具备年建造350艘大型复合材料船艇的生产能力，并具有设计、建造各种材料船艇的资质，其中复合材料船艇为全国同行业最高资质，可根据客户的不同需要设计和建造各类船艇。先后研制开发了大型复合材料拖网/流刺网渔船、金枪鱼延绳钓渔船、帆船、游艇、快艇、救生艇、公务船、旅游客船、玻璃钢无人艇、猎扫雷艇等产品，其中玻璃钢渔船国内市场占有率达到80%。产品国外远销北欧、北美、南太、东南亚、东西非等， 海外市场美誉度日益提升。
公司现拥有省级玻璃钢船艇工程技术研究中心、省级企业技术中心、市级工程实验室、市级工业设计中心等研发平台。自主创新的三体消波船艇、真空树脂导入成型技术等多项产品技术经鉴定均为国内领先，复合材料无模成型技术达到国际先进水平。公司先后承担多项国家项目，“九五”期间承担三项国家科技攻关项目；“十一五”期间先后承担了863计划新材料领域配套科研项目、火炬计划、重点新产品计划、省技术创新计划等项目；“十二五”期间承担科技部国际合作专项、国家创新基金、农业部公益性行业项目等；“十三五”期间承担了科技部火炬计划、山东省重点研发计划、山东省军民结合项目等。
公司先后通过了欧洲标准化组织(CE)认证、武器装备科研生产许可认证及质量、环境、职业健康安全体系认证、知识产权管理体系认证。作为高新技术企业，公司多次被评为自主创新型先进企业和省级守信用重合同企业，在省内乃至国内有极高的知名度。目前公司“中复游艇”已被授予山东名牌产品称号，同时，注册授权了“中复西港”、“遥海”、“华龙”等商标，扩大了中复西港商标品牌效应。公司累计申请专利277项，其中发明专利130项，获得授权专利129项，其中发明专利6项。
Weihai Zhongfu Xigang Ship Co., Ltd. is a joint venture by China Composites Group Co., Ltd. andWeihai Xigang Aquatic Products Co., Ltd. in 1997. Our company is specialized in designing, producing, marketing and developing of FRP, aluminum alloy, steel, steel and FRP combined, steel and aluminum combined boats and composite products and related raw materials. It is equipped with hull moulding workshops, outfitting workshops, machining workshops, over 100 sets of processing equipment and over 40 sets of inspection equipment. Our company covers an area of 100,000 square meters and has foundations such as long dock channel, horizontally moving area, slipway, and so on. Our company is one of the largest compositevesselsproduction bases innorth China.
Our company is capable of manufacturing 350 units of large composite vessels annually and we are qualified for designing and building vessels of various materials. Among them, the composite vessels are the highest qualification in the same industry. We have developed large composite trawling / squid fishing boats, tuna longline fishing boats, sailing boats, yachts, speedboats, lifeboats, patrol boats, passenger ships,, unmanned surface vehicles, destroyer minesweeper and other products. Our FRP fishing vessels occupancy in domestic market reaches over 80%. Our company has established provincial FRP boats engineering technology research center, municipal enterprise technology center and Weihai city ship application technology research institute. Our company independently researched and developed trimaran wave-elimination boats, vacuum infusion resin molding technology and many other products and technology, and they are all appraised as the domestic leading level. Among them, the composite material boats forming without mould technology has reached the international advanced level. Our company has undertaken many national projects.
During the period from the "Ninth Five-Year Plan" to the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan (from 1996 to 2020), our company has undertaken a number of national projects, such as: three national science and technology research projects; 863 plans for new materials in the field of supporting research projects; the Ministry of Agriculture public welfare industry Project; Torch Program of Ministry of Science and Technology, Shandong Military-civilian Project.
